APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting Access My Scores, you agree that the laws of New Jersey, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Access My Scores or its associates.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Access My Scores or to products you purchase through Access My Scores shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New Jersey, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Access My Scores’s intellectual property rights, Access My Scores may seek injunction or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of New Jersey, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
